Clients reviews about Backyard Movie Theater

We recently hired Backyard Movie Theater for a backyard movie experience to celebrate my son's birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The setup was seamless, and they provided a huge screen, high-quality sound, and cozy seating that made the whole experience feel like a theater under the stars. The team was incredibly professional and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and even helping with some last-minute details. The kids were in awe, and the parents loved it too! It created such a special memory for my son’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I highly recommend them for any special event—you won't be disappointed! ~ Dina R

We hired Derek and his company for our HOA Fall Movie Night, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience! They showed up early to set up the entire movie projector and screen, which we really appreciated. Derek stayed for the whole event and made sure everything was running smoothly from start to finish. The entire setup was really impressive. The speakers even had a cool light feature, all the wiring was safely tucked into protective covers, and the volume was just right for the crowd. The projector and movie quality were awesome! We also loved the extra thought he put into the experience. He had pre-movie music and trailers playing beforehand, which gave the whole event a true movie theater vibe. Such a nice touch! We will definitely be working with Derek and his team again for future events. Highly recommend! ~ Pavan J

What an amazing experience! I attended a community event where Backyard Movie Theater provided the LED dance floor, and it completely transformed the atmosphere. The dance floor was absolutely the highlight of the event. The lights and energy made it impossible to just stand on the sidelines…you couldn’t help but get up and dance! It created such a fun, welcoming environment where everyone felt included. I loved seeing kids, teens, and adults all out on the floor together having a great time. It brought the whole community together and kept the energy going all night. If you’re looking for a dance floor rental in Dallas for a wedding, HOA event, or community celebration, this is a game changer. Highly recommend! ~ Gigi M

Derek was easy & very responsive in all communication in the lead up to the main event. I had a vision for my wife’s 40th birthday party & it’s an understatement to say it was brought to life. If you have a loved one who’d like to dance the night away in unforgettable fashion, then Derek is the man for the job. The night club, lights, fog machine, velvet ropes & carpet made “Club 4.0” the most prestigious & popping club in all of Windsong. Do yourself & your loved one’s a favor & reach out to Derek ASAP with your party vision. The birthday lasted for a night but the memories will last forever. Thanks again, Derek ~ Megan V

We had a wonderful experience with the backyard movie theater setup! 🎬✨ The screen was huge and looked absolutely amazing — it truly created a fun movie-night atmosphere for the party. Derek was very easy to work with, responsive, and made the setup process smooth and stress-free. The only small feedback would be that the sound quality could be a little better at times, especially for a larger outdoor crowd. But overall, it was a very good experience, and everyone had a fantastic time. Would definitely recommend for backyard events and celebrations! ~ kavita k
